Women in the Guizhou region (China) inspired these earrings. The shape is influenced by the half moon skirts the ladies wear that take many days to sew, dye and embroid.
The metal parts have been fabricated from brass and finished with a fine coating of 24 carats. The element in the middle is accented with a white resin.
