Shipping and Returns

Domestic USA orders are shipped via USPS (https://www.usps.com) within 10 days of acceptance of the payment for a customer order. The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when the order was placed. A notification by email will be sent confirming the address of delivery and the tracking number after dispatch.

International orders (outside of the USA) will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Prior to the acceptance of the order, the customer will be contacted as to the shipping options available. Once dispatched, please note that International packages may need additional time for delivery, depending of the time needed to clear customs. In the case, that custom duties and taxes are incurred, which may be required by the courier to release the package, these are at the cost of the customer. Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty and/or local tax estimates.

In the case we are not able to ship the order within the normal period, we will contact the customer by email as soon as possible and offer the possibility to cancel the order without fees. In such a case, Les Butineuses are not required to offer additional compensation.

In case a package is returned by the original courier to Les Butineuses for any reason, we will inform the customer by email and offer to resend the parcel to the customer for an additional shipping charge. If the customer does not wish to pay the additional shipping fee, then a refund will be issued minus the original shipping charge.

Les Butineuses offer a return policy if notified within 7 days of the dispatch. Please note that beyond this time limit, Les Butineuses are not required to offer a refund. Irrespective of the time limit and due to hygiene purposes, Les Butineuses cannot accept returns nor provide refunds for earrings. In the case of orders of multiple items, refunds will only be offered for the items returned. It should be noted that neither the original nor the return shipping fees will be reimbursed. Any item that was sold at a reduced price will not be considered for a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item and packaging must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To obtain instructions for a return, please send an email to contact@lesbutineuses.com. For the return of the items, the customer is expected to ensure appropriate insurance and tracking of delivery. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 176 Boxfield Road Pittsburgh Pennsylvania US 15241.

Once the return is received and inspected, Les Butineuses will send the customer an email to confirm receipt of the goods and whether the refund is approved or rejected based on the state the goods are received. If refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to the customer’s original method of payment. It should be noted that the period of time to receive the payment will depend upon the bank or credit card company or alternative used by the customer.

Please note that all goods will be inspected and photographed prior to dispatch. In the case of damaged goods, the same time limit and terms will apply as for standard returns. On receipt of the requested documentation, Les Butineuses will determine a reasonable course of action at its discretion and without prejudice. Please note that items can only be replaced if they are available. If an item cannot be replaced, an alternative or a refund will be offered.
